Today, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, a British Muslim whose family came from Pakistan, announced that he is seeking arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant of Israel, and Yehia Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas, for “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” (ref. 1).
Israel is not a member of the ICC, and is outraged at the implication that there is some sort of equivalence between Hamas and Israel – between October 7 and the war that the IDF has been waging against Hamas ever since.
A product of the Rome Statute and technically separate from the United Nations, the ICC believes that it has international authority to rule on four crimes that breach the Geneva Conventions – genocide, crimes against humanity, aggression, and war crimes. But, as I have said before, the Geneva Conventions are meaningless in these last days, and eventually these conventions will be thrown into the rubbish bin. Certainly, the Assyrian of ISIS and his ilk will not comply. And Geneva itself, with its Templar-like red cross, is definitely not neutral in the contest between good and evil.
After the day of the LORD, international law will forever change. The UN, with its headquarters in New York, will also cease to exist, a point that I have brought up before.
And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.

It is worth noticing that in 2023 the ICC issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for a war crime, something to do with Russia’s war against Ukraine.
That too was a lame attempt to stop a war, or at least influence the conduct of that war.
The Bible is very clear that the last days are a time of war, rather than a time of peace. Nation must rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. “Such things must needs be” (ref. Mark 13:7). Anyone that is for peace right now is essentially trying to help Satan keep control of the world.
Russia, for its part, has stated that any attempt to arrest Putin would constitute an act of war against the Russian Federation (ref. 2).
So, presumably, the same applies to Israel.
The funny thing is, towards the end, the ICC will almost certainly charge Xi Jinping of China as well, or whomever happens to be president of China at that time. This, because of what China will do at the time of the trumpets. This world cannot even begin to imagine what an enraged PLA will be like.

In these last days, there is to be war (ref. Revelation 19:11) and divine judgement (ref. John 5:22).
So, forget the Geneva Conventions. Ultimately, might is right, because Jesus Christ is almighty.
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
