Late last year, shortly after I first figured out the idea of the saints, the 144000 of the 12 tribes of Israel, I realised that I am the servant in Isaiah 49 described as “Israel”.
And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.
Isaiah 49:3
It surprised me as much as anyone else that there is this new figure in the Bible, hidden all this time.
And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me;
Isaiah 49:2
Contrary to the view of many a pastor, the servant of Isaiah 49 cannot be the Son of man Jesus Christ, the “righteous servant” prophesied in Isaiah 53, because of the verse Isaiah 49:7. In this verse, the LORD, as in God the Father, and also the Holy One of Israel, as in the Son of man Jesus Christ, says he will choose the man of Isaiah 49 to be his servant. I am referring to “he shall choose thee”.
Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.
Isaiah 49:7
As I read it, the phrase “a servant of rulers” refers to the fact that I was once an international public servant at the OECD in France. That job which I did for a short while must have been a gift and sign from God because I have never had anything like it ever since. By contrast, the Son of man Jesus Christ will be something quite different: the King of kings and the Lord of lords – ie. the ruler of rulers.
As for the phrase “to him whom the nation abhorreth”, that probably refers to the nation of Australia nowadays hating me due to the topics of China, the day of the east wind, and Armageddon.
Concerning the phrase “to him whose soul man despises”, which is the Hebrew that the KJV translates as “to him whom man despises”, this is saying, this servant of God will do great and terrible things as a special soldier of the kingdom of God. To my mind, this refers to the position of “the waster” in Isaiah 54:16.
Now, because of the part that goes “princes also shall worship” in Isaiah 49:7, this servant must be the first of the saints of the ancient kingdom of Israel, a saint of 1 of the 10 lost tribes of Israel.
Remember, Hosea prophesied that Israel would cease to be a people of God in 722 BC, and then in the last days a select number of the descendants of Israel, everyone with some ancestral link to Israel, would be chosen and regathered by God from across the world to become “sons of the living God”. Revelation 7 reveals this number as 144000.
… in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God. Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.
Hosea 1:10-11
A saint, also known as a “son of God”, like an angel that is loyal to God, will be a soldier and a “prince” of the kingdom of God. So, that explains why “princes also shall worship”.
Certainly, I have been the first since the days of the apostle Paul, himself a saint but of the tribe of Benjamin, to speak of the idea of the saints correctly. Neither Catholics nor Protestants understand what the Bible means by a saint.
For this cause I Paul… Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ
Ephesians 3:1-9
To add to that, there is the fact that “the land of Sinim”, biblical Hebrew for China, is mentioned in Isaiah 49:12, and it is the only nation that is expressly mentioned. I have Chinese ancestry and a Chinese name.
In 722 BC, Assyria scattered Israel to the north, to the west, and to the east, but not to the south, because in the south at that time, Judah was intact.
Behold, these shall come from far: and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim.
Isaiah 49:12
Notice in Isaiah 49:12 that Sinim is cryptically mentioned in the place of the east.
On the matter of the east, ever since figuring out Isaiah 49, I have also identified myself as the ravenous bird from the east, the man from a country far away from Zion, in Isaiah 46. This is because Australia is far away from Jerusalem and in the east – to be sure, south east but east nonetheless.
Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
Isaiah 46:11
A man that becomes a metaphorical “bird” is a saint, because all of the saints will be given “wings as eagles”.
… they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles…
Isaiah 40:31
Now, if I am “the waster” in Isaiah 54:16, the one that is to protect the army of the saints from treachery, then I must also be the porter in Mark 13:34.
Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
Isaiah 54:16
The reason is, at the time of the new Jerusalem, the porter that will stand guard at the gates must be a powerful saint, if not the most powerful of the saints.
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and, honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
Revelation 21:25-27
In Mark 13, it is clear that the job of the porter in these last days is to keep watch particularly for the 6th and 7th trumpets and vials – that is, the time of Armageddon and the day and hour of the reaping.
But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.
Mark 13:32-34
As it happens, I am covering the news about events and signs of the end through this blog.
It is likely the case that I am even the person in Isaiah 28 that God has chosen to speak to the nation of Israel in these last days with “stammering lips” and “another tongue”. First, the word “weary” brings to mind the saints due to Isaiah 40. Second, I tend to write and then re-write, because I am not naturally eloquent. And third, I am writing in English, which is not the native tongue of Israel.
For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
Isaiah 28:11-12
The part of Isaiah 49:2 that goes “And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword” must mean the KJV Bible, which is based on a correct Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, which in turn were inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Besides all that, there is the prophecy of Isaiah 41:27, something that the first of the saints is to fulfill. And this I have done, or at least I have tried to do.
The first shall say to Zion, Behold, behold them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.
Isaiah 41:27
This prophecy speaks of the two men in Isaiah 41:25, the one from the north and the other from the east that are functionally similar but spiritually different.
I have raised up one from the north, and he shall come: from the rising of the sun shall he call upon my name: and he shall come upon princes as upon morter, and as the potter treadeth clay.
Isaiah 41:25
Now, to something new.
It has occurred to me that strictly speaking, at the time of the reaping unless something changes I will not ascend at the rising of the sun, because right now Australia is not a place where the sun rises first at any time of the year.
Which country actually sees the sun rise first? Today, in 2024 AD, because of the curvature of the planet earth and the way it spins on its axis, the place that will see the sun rise first each day is either Kamchatka Russia or the East Cape of New Zealand, depending on the time of the year. Caroline Island, which is a part of the archipelago of Kiribati is said to be further east, but no one lives on that atoll. Before 1995 when Kiribati changed its timezone, parts of Kiribati were considered to be in the west rather in the east, because these islands are almost in line with America’s Hawaii. Anyway, whatever the answer may be, certainly Australia cannot claim to be the land of the rising sun, nor for that matter can Japan.
But here’s the twist. What if, the eruption of the Pacific Ring of Fire combined with the great earthquake on the day of the LORD, which Isaiah 24 describes as the earth “moved exceedingly” and Isaiah 13 describes as “the earth shall remove out of her place” – what if these things – not only change the geography of the earth but also change the position and spin of the earth such that over a thousand years from now, Australia becomes in fact the place that sees the sun rise first?
And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
Revelation 16:18
The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
Isaiah 24:19-20
Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.
Isaiah 13:13
It is very interesting that in 1902, the Australian army adopted the emblem of the rising sun.
During WW1 and the Battle of Beersheba, when the 4th and 12th Australian Lighthorse charged successfully against Ottoman canons and machine guns – in fact, the world’s last successful cavalry charge – Australian soldiers wore the slouch hat and the badge of the rising sun.
That battle was seminal to the liberation of Jerusalem, later that year.
Even a decade ago, the Australian Defence Force continued to use the slogan “under a rising sun”.
But once again, the question is why? Australia is not where the sun rises first each day, at any time of the year. If anything it should be New Zealand.
So, maybe the decision to adopt this emblem in 1902, just after Federation and before WW1, was inspired by God, as a sign not only of 1917 but also of things in the distant future. And maybe, over a thousand years from now, because of the shaking of the planet earth and the exploding of the Ring of Fire in these last days, it will turn out after all that I will fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah 41:25.
… from the rising of the sun shall he call upon my name: and he shall come upon princes as upon morter, and as the potter treadeth clay.
Isaiah 41:25
Of course, it stands to reason that only God can change the planet earth so that this prophecy of the rising of the sun can be fulfill. Indeed, this is the very topic of Isaiah 41. Remember, in Isaiah 41, the LORD, as in God the Father, and the King of Jacob, as in Jesus Christ the Son of God are declaring well ahead of time things that will come to pass, things that only God and the Creator can make happen.
Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob. Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen: let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come. Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together.
Isaiah 41:21-23
Whomever among the saints is assigned by God this position, the second half of Isaiah 41:25, he will come from the rising of the sun and he will be fundamental to bringing an end to the phenomena of evil.
