IDF soldier Moshe Avichzer arrested in Morocco to face trial because of “war crimes” in Gaza

In July this year, an IDF soldier Moshe Avichzer, who served a 3 month deployment in Gaza, was on vacation in Marrakesh Morocco. He posted photos of his Moroccan holiday on social media, a channel which also contains photos of his time in Gaza as an IDF soldier. These photos prompted a group of Moroccan lawyers to file a lawsuit against him for having served as a soldier of the IDF in the war against Hamas. This led to his arrest. Initially, the Attorney General of Morocco refused the case, but the matter has now moved to the Court of Appeal in Rabat, and apparently it will proceed to trial (ref. 1).

According to Article 711-1 of the Moroccan Criminal Code, Morocco is allowed to prosecute Moroccans and also foreigners for “terrorist crimes” committed abroad (ref. 2). So, these Islamist lawyers want to imprison him for committing war crimes but they are formally charging him with terrorism because this is the only possible lawful means to hold him. There are also no specific allegations of war crimes, only that he served as a soldier of the IDF in Gaza. This is what comes of all that war crimes rhetoric that has been going around in the press and from public figures, and what comes of not defining terrorism.

What Morocco is doing here constitutes an act of aggression against Israel!

Let me remind that there is no such thing as international law. The UN’s ICJ has always been merely an advisory body. For that matter, Islamists such as ISIS and Al Qaeda have never followed the Geneva Conventions, or anything resembling the rules of war.

So, if any nation acts upon another, it is always doing so on the grounds of its own laws. It follows from this that when the laws of two nations disagree and there is conflict as a result, the situation is a war.

Now, I don’t know if Moshe Avichzer is part Moroccan, or whether he has relatives in Morocco, but the name Moshe is certainly Hebrew. If it turns out this man is a complete foreigner to Morocco, the situation is even worse. In effect, this would be no different from the kidnapping of Israeli civilians by Hamas.

This case might well be an example of Isaiah 49:24’s “lawful captive”.

I don’t know whether this Jewish person Moshe Avichzer is supposed to survive these last days – whether he is one of the elect and saved of Judah. For now, only God knows that. But in the event that he is, which means Isaiah 49:24 does apply, after the day of the LORD, the saints, ie. the forthcoming army of the kingdom of God, will get involved. This is what it means that Jesus Christ will contend with those that contend with the people of Zion.

Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.

Isaiah 49:24-25

Believe it or not, even kings and queens will be made to bow down to these Jews that they have held captive in these last days to lick up the dust of their feet, and at least apologise.

Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.

Isaiah 49:22-23

Those that refuse to repent and those that insist that they can carry on against Zion will be burned to death by the saints – the new soldiers of the God of Israel. When a saint places his fiery hand around the neck of a human, that human will in effect eat his own flesh and drink his own blood.

And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

Isaiah 49:26

Now, it might be that after a court conviction, Morocco will set this person free, and so the whole thing was merely some kind of grandstanding. It is also possible that the state of Israel will do something long before the day of the LORD through diplomacy or Mossad, in which case this is not an example of Isaiah 49:24.

This news also goes to show that the Abraham Accords, which Morocco agreed to on 22 December 2020, is worthless.

I should also add, in these last days, Morocco as a nation will eventually side with the beast that is ISIS. Morocco will at least grant territorial access to the armies of the beast. This is because the Sahara Desert is prophesied to be a significant place towards the end (ref. Joel 2:20).

There is also the fact that the king of Morocco claims to be a descendant of Islam’s prophet Muhammad through the line of Hasan ibn Ali.

In the days to come, after the abomination of desolation when the beast is on the ascendancy, many more Jews will be taken captive and scattered across the world. Some will be kidnapped and held against their will not unlike October 7. Others will be arrested according to the laws of various nations – “lawful captives”. Every captive that is in the Lamb’s book of life will be redeemed and set free on or after the day of the LORD. This will be one of the first tasks of the saints of Jesus Christ.

And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption [Jewish prisoners] draweth nigh.

Luke 21:27-28

No nation will be able to challenge the 144000 saints. After the reaping, a saint will be a new creature of God, more powerful than any human or angel including the angel that Muslims know as Allah.

And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.

Micah 5:15

In time, this world will realise that the God of Israel is the true God.

Therefore thus saith the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale. But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.
