Since 2024, churches and also surveys have noticed that Generation Z, and in particular, men of Generation Z, have become interested in Christianity all of a sudden, and they are even buying and reading Bibles, breaking an otherwise overall downward trend in church-going. American evangelical Christian pastors have describe this as a revival (ref. 1). But this phenomenon is not unique to America. It is also happening in places such as Australia (ref. 2) and England (ref. 3). England is especially surprising, because England has seen a persistent decline of church-goers ever since the 1960s and the Beatles. It is even happening in non-English speaking countries such as Finland (ref. 4). Furthermore, not only Protestant churches such as Baptist and Pentecostalism have seen noticeably higher numbers, but also Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches (ref. 5). On top of that, Bible sales are said to be soaring for this particular demographic, Gen Z (ref. 6).
I think, this phenomenon is about the 144000 saints. By the looks of things, God is now starting to call specific individuals to him, probably most or many of whom are Gen Z.
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Romans 8:29-30
Gen Z is defined as those born between mid 1990s and early 2010s.
Some prominent Christian evangelists are trying to take credit for this emerging trend, asserting that their efforts on YouTube and other social media must be the explanation. But this begs the following questions. Why now? Why not ten or more years ago? After all, the Internet and even various forms of social media have been around for decades. But most important of all, why, specifically, unmarried men?
So no, I think, what is happening must be from God.
I think, within this new movement across the world of Gen Z being drawn towards Christianity, there is a subset of tens of thousands of individuals, probably in excess of 100000, that have been chosen by God and are being called to be ready to be a saint, one of the 144000.
So, these men are being supernaturally pulled towards Christianity. They may not know which particular church to go to. But at least many have taken to reading the Bible for themselves.
Now, I should point out that in these last days, every denomination of Christianity is in apostasy: everyone has fallen away from the truth, so much so that no theologian, bishop, priest or pastor today even knows what a "saint" is.
Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him [the reaping], That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away [lit. apostasia, apostasy] first
2 Thessalonians 2:1-3
Catholicism redefined a "saint" a long time ago.
This is why, for the time being, I am the only source of light on this matter. Not since the days of the apostle Paul has anyone else correctly explained the 144000 saints.
A "saint" will be a celestial being that will serve the kingdom of God as a soldier and a weapon. One metaphor that the Bible uses is an "arrow" in the quiver of God. The 144000 saints will all be men that descend from the 12 tribes of Jacob, also known as Israel. In this way, all of the saints are technically "brethren", related through the line of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
Revelation 7:4
Now, I think, many if not all of those of the tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levi were chosen and called in the day of the Son of man Jesus Christ, and some even before then. So, the saints of the ancient southern kingdom of Judah, Jewish saints, might all already be in heaven.
These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Matthew 10:5-7
To be a Jew, even a Jewish saint, you must have a continual patrilineal bloodline to the ancient kingdom of Judah. Contrary to the view of rabbis of modern-day Judaism, the Bible says the bloodline must be patrilineal rather than matrilineal.
Since Judah is probably already done, I think, God is now in these last days gathering the saints of the ancient northern kingdom of Israel - ie. the Gentile saints of the lost tribes. A Gentile is a non-Jew. To be a saint of this Israel, you only need to have one male ancestor that lived in the northern kingdom of Israel before it was conquered and dispersed by Assyria in 722 BC. Of course, only God knows whom among the living today is a descendant of this Israel. If you are a part of this Israel, then you do have lineage to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, but you might not look Jewish at all.
Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God. Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.
Hosea 1:10-11
Now, every indication so far is that I am the prophesied servant of Isaiah 49, the first of the saints of this Israel. The proof of this will come in a few years from now when the Antichrist stands up and becomes a public figure. If I have identified the Antichrist correctly - Abdullah Qardash of ISIS - then per Isaiah 41:27, I must be "the first" of the saints of the northern kingdom of Israel, and also the first of these last days.
In Isaiah 49, it is prophesied that I am to help bring Jacob again to God in these last days - to be a light to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved of Israel.
And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength. And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel...
Isaiah 49:5-6
So, listen to me. If you are a saint, then God will be calling you to him at some point in these last days, per Romans 8:29-30. It might well be this that explains why you have been drawn towards Christianity out of the blue.
As I mentioned earlier, today, all of the denominations of Christianity are wrong. But Protestantism, through the likes of Wycliffe and Tyndale and King James of the UK, at least gave the world the King James Version of the Bible 1611, and the 1769 re-spelling. Though the KJV is not a perfect translation, and though it has things such as 1 John 5:7, which Erasmus was compelled by the Vatican to add to the Textus Receptus on pain of death, the KJV is still a very good English translation of the original Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. If you are looking for the word of God in the English language, the KJV 1769 is it. Other, more modern translations such as the NIV and the NASB, etc., use a newer but dubiously altered Greek. Also, the Hebrew source of a modern translation might not be the Masoretic Text.
Now, here's the main reason why I think this Gen Z phenomenon is indeed about the 144000 saints.
Every saint is a man and a "virgin".
These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Revelation 14:4
Every saint must be single, with no attachments or dependents in order to be a dedicated soldier of the kingdom of God.
No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
2 Timothy 2:4
According to researchers, in America at least, many men of Gen Z, unlike previous generations, are "chaste", having chosen abstinence outside of marriage (ref. 7).
Being single and chaste is a marker.
If you are a saint, then something else is that your birth name, every part of it, will have been given to you by God. An angel of God would have inspired your parents to name you a certain way, and even inspired your ancestors to surname you a certain way. Remember, in Isaiah 45:4, God says, he "surnamed" Cyrus, even though Cyrus, his parents and his ancestors did not know God. So, your name might allude to Christianity or to Israel or to being a warrior, or it might even be a name that is Hebrew in origin, but no one in your immediate family is at all Jewish.
Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth.
Isaiah 40:26
Another thing is, if you are a saint in these last days, at some point you should notice supernatural phenomena around you, because one or more angels of God will be near you. The other side, ie. demons, might also come at you, to test you or to threaten you, and that sort of thing, but scripture prophesies that every one of the 144000 will not fail the test of faith in these last days.
... not one [no saint] faileth.
Isaiah 40:26
I will say more about Satan's "war" against the saints some other time.
And it was given unto him [the Antichrist] to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Revelation 13:7
I beheld, and the same horn [the Antichrist] made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
Daniel 7:21-22
Suffice it to say for now that whether you are killed or not in these last days, you will surely pass the test that is the tribulation because God will be with you.
For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob [saints that are killed], and ye men of Israel [saints that remain alive]; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff. Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.
Isaiah 41:13-16
Since mid 2023, when I first started to figure it all out, I have said many things about the saints and the 144000. You should probably read it all. These are the articles here at bibleprophecy888.news that are highlighted with titles in bold.
You should also read the Bible for yourself, preferably the KJV, cover to cover, and do so as many times as possible, so that you can be one of the 5 "wise" virgins as opposed to one of the 5 "foolish" virgins.
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
Matthew 25:1-2
Now, at the sounding of the seventh trumpet and the pouring of the seventh vial, on the day of the LORD, which is the time of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, every one of the 144000 will be gathered and transformed.
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1 Corinthians 15:51-53
This includes the saints that are living on the earth as well as the saints that are waiting in heaven.
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
Mark 13:26-27
It matters not whether you have been killed in these last days by the other side, or whether you are still alive at that time. Either way, you will be caught up in the air and born again as a celestial being. This is "the reaping", commonly known among American Christians as "the rapture", except the truth is, among the living, only the 144000 saints will be reaped. Other Christians that are alive will remain as they are, to carry on in human form.
And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
Revelation 14:15-16
Once transformed, the 144000 saints will serve as the army of the kingdom of God. Jesus Christ will command this army in person and also through the Holy Spirit.
I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men. The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.
Micah 2:12-13
A saint will be able to fly, and a saint will wield the weapon of fire. Once celestial, no human will be able to kill or even injure a saint.
So, the saints will be soldiers, augmenting the angels of God. And Jewish humans, given the Holy Spirit, will work as ministers and priests. Together, and with Jesus Christ leading us all, we will rid the world of evil.
For those who are new to Christianity and are confused by theology, God the Father, Yehovah, is our God, and his Son, Jesus Christ, is our Lord. Because of his days as the Son of man and the crucifixion and the resurrection, Jesus Christ is also the Messiah of Israel. But Jesus Christ is even a God in his own right. The Father made the Son as the one and only visible God, the creator of all other life. The Father is invisible, and the Son is visible. At first, Jesus Christ will be the king of the kingdom of God, but after 1000 years, a Millennial Reign, and even at the time of the new heavenly Jerusalem, God the Father will be the king. More often than not, on earth as well as in heaven, God the Father will speak and do things through his Son Jesus Christ. So, sometimes it might seem as if the two are one and the same. This has led Catholics and the Eastern Orthodox to the idea of the Trinity, but that idea is wrong. The Father created the Son, as the firstborn of every creature. So the Father is before the Son. And although both the Father and the Son have Godly power, capital-G, the Father is actually more powerful than the Son. So, on the question of the Trinity, Jews do have it right with the Shema Israel (ref. Deuteronomy 6:4): "Hear O Israel: Yehovah is our God; Yehovah is one!"
