On 1 December, Venezuela voted in a referendum to annex a substantial part of neighbouring Guyana, a contested region that is rich in oil (ref. 1). This territory has long been disputed by the two nations, and it is fitting that Venezuela has decided to make a move now.
Today, a helicopter carrying 5 senior Guyana military officials vanished near Guyana’s tense border with Venezuela (ref. 2). Venezuelan troops with heavy equipment and weapons have been amassing on the border in recent weeks (ref. 2).
Should war break out, this would constitute yet another war of nations and kingdoms, prophesied in the Bible to happen in these last days.
And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

It is very interesting that the current president of Guyana is one Mohamed Irfaan Ali, a Muslim. Furthermore, the Chief of Staff of Guyana Defence Force is one Omar Khan, another Muslim.
Already, Guyana has reached out to the USA for help (ref. 3). The USA has agreed to joint flight drills with Guyana.
A conflict between the USA and Venezuela might eventuate in these last days because God is the LORD of hosts, and the USA is in neighbouring Colombia: all that CIA in the drugs business stuff.
This is the same CIA that apparently regards American Christians as no different from Hamas (ref. 4).
