Today, which happens to be day 999 of the war for Ukraine, US President Joe Biden gave Ukraine permission to use American supplied weapons such as ATACMS missiles to strike deep into Russia proper (ref. 1).
In the past, Ukraine has used its own long range drones to strike air bases deep inside Russia that house strategic heavy bombers such as the Tu-22M3 (ref. 2). Ukraine argues that these planes have been seen firing conventional cruise missiles at them. Whether Ukraine is telling the truth or not, the Tu-22M3 is a part of Russia’s nuclear triad.
Imagine if you were a nuclear weapons state and your adversary convinced a third party to attack your nuclear arsenal as part of a salami-slicing or slow-boiling-a-frog-to-death disarming first strike, how would you react?
To add to that, there has been recent talk that Ukraine might resort to building rudimentary atomic bombs, using spent plutonium fuel rods. It is said, Ukraine has enough plutonium from its civilian nuclear reactors to construct hundreds of nuclear warheads (ref. 3).
So, by the look of things, this confrontation between Russia and North Korea on one side and Ukraine and America and NATO on the other will go nuclear at some point in the not too distant future.
The Bible prophesies that there will be nuclear war in these last days.
Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll. And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it. I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.
Zechariah 5:1-4
Le Figaro reported that France and the UK also gave Ukraine permission to use their SCALP and Storm Shadow missiles to strike deep inside Russia, but then the French newspaper suddenly retracted the statement (ref. 4), meaning for now it is only America that has crossed the line.
As you may know, France and the UK are also nuclear weapons states, and they might follow America’s lead or not.
Zechariah 5 reads that the curse will go forth across “the whole earth”. It might be that the Bible means, American military sites across the world, as opposed to a wider nuclear war between Russia and France and the UK as well.
Try as he might, I doubt that Donald Trump will be able to stop this. The reason is, Bible prophecy is the will of God!
Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain. And they shall not take of thee a stone for a corner, nor a stone for foundations; but thou shalt be desolate for ever, saith the LORD.

Also, Russia’s Vladimir Putin is not like other leaders. He was once KGB. He remembers what happened in Maidan and what CIA snipers did there to protesters and Berkut police alike, all for the sake riling up the masses and provoking a colour revolution.
Ukraine’s elected president at the time, Viktor Yanukovych, chose not to move Ukraine closer to the European Union but instead he wanted Ukraine to be a part of China’s Belt and Road, for economic reasons. The China decision was made in December 2013. Maidan happened in February 2014. China might be naive about these things, but Russia is not.
Russia also knows that by pulling Ukraine into the sphere of NATO, American weapons and radar can be put in Ukraine to defeat or at least detect early on a Russian nuclear launch, thereby giving America a strategic advantage in any future nuclear conflagration. For America, the war for Ukraine has always been about world wide hegemony!
At the end of the Cold War, America represented by James Baker pledged not to expand NATO towards Russia – “not one inch eastward” was the promise. But then at every opportunity, NATO has encroached towards Russia. A few years ago, an American official even remarked that Russia is a danger because it is now “at NATO’s doorstep”. Never mind that NATO has been the one moving the walls and the door of their proverbial house towards Russia.
For Putin, Maidan 2014 was one inch eastward too much. The Ukrainians are a Slavic people, akin to Russians, but America has handed the country over to Nazi wannabes and demon-possessed drug addicts. Also, this war has cost Russia immensely in terms of blood and treasure.
One day, in the not too distant future, the world will see what a very angry Russia will do to America.
For France and the UK, it is best to stay out of it.
