ISIS is coming back to life, warn counter-terrorism experts (ref. 1).
Many around the world thought that it was over for them. Loss of their territory around Mosul Iraq and Raqqa Syria a few years ago seemed like a deadly wound. Yet, just as the Bible’s book of Revelation prophesies, the deadly wound of the beast is being healed.
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Revelation 13:3
Shortly after the suicide bombing at the memorial of Qassem Soleimani, the deadliest attack in Iran since the 1979 Islamic Revolution, ISIS claimed responsibility through an affiliated Telegram channel. Now, the group’s official news agency Amaq has confirmed the attack (ref. 2).
About Amaq, remember that I once noted that ISIS never released a statement through Amaq that their second caliph Abdullah Qardash is no longer alive. When their first caliph Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi was killed, Amaq did release a statement.
Today, the world is under the impression that Qardash is dead because over the years no fewer than three nations – America, Iraq, and Turkey – have reportedly killed supposed leaders of ISIS, not only Qardash but then also his replacement and then his replacement’s replacement, and so on.
This recent statement from Amaq proves that Amaq is still going. And if Amaq has been going all along, it means, its silence in regard to Qardash is because Qardash is still alive and very much in charge.
Why is Abdullah Qardash important to Bible prophecy? His name, when spelt with a K instead of a Q, sums in Hebrew gematria to exactly 666. I noticed this in 2019, the only one to do so.
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Revelation 13:18
Since the attack on Iran, ISIS has released another statement, a speech delivered by one Abu Huthaifa Al Ansari (ref. 3). In this message, ISIS is calling on members to target and kill Jews, and futhermore not to bother differentiating between a soldier and a civilian. He also said that this is “a religious war” and not about a social or a national cause. In the past, ISIS fought against the Shias of Iraq and Syria, and against the secular Kurds, and against the west.
So, the switch to Jews and the new emphasis on a religious war makes this an end time matter.
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake [Ye-hudah, Je-sus]: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mark 13:13
And when the dragon [Satan] saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman [the bloodline of Judah, i.e. Jews] which brought forth the man child [the Son of man Jesus Christ].
Revelation 12:13
In addition to that, ISIS took aim at a number of Arab states: Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan.
Lebanon is largely Shia, aligned to Iran. Hezbollah is against Israel, but apparently this is not enough for ISIS.
Egypt is governed by Al Sisi who has been waging a war against ISIS in the Sinai. At some point in the final three and a half years, Egypt will fall to ISIS.
He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
Daniel 11:42
Jordan might or might not fall, depending on how you read Daniel 11:41.
… many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.
Daniel 11:41
Edom, Moab and Ammon are all parts of Jordan. Since the capital of Jordan is Amman, “the chief of the children of Ammon” must be King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein. It might be that the Assyrian won’t get to him because he has a special forces background, and will probably escape to the UK, having been educated in the UK.
Ezekiel 25 suggests that Jordan will become very Islamic towards the end, whether or not ISIS takes it.
Now, some of you are probably wondering how is it that a mere terrorist group can conquer all these places, let alone push back the IDF and overrun the northern half of Israel, as the Bible prophesies?
He shall enter also into the glorious land [the nation of Israel], and many countries shall be overthrown…
Daniel 11:41
The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim [Northern Israel], and the kingdom from Damascus…
Isaiah 17:3
These things will happen, because the Assyrian’s power will come from the supernatural.
And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Daniel 8:24
… and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Revelation 13:2
The supernatural is the “iron” of the beast.
And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
Daniel 2:40
Because of Satan and his angels, in effect, ISIS will become more powerful than any other nation.
… and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Revelation 13:7
It is a matter of faith that, in the end, God will defeat Satan, and that good will prevail over evil.
